The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly....

Okay, so I think that's a title to an old western movie. I thought is was kind of appropriate for this post since I have alot of good news.....a little bit of bad....and actually no ugly (unless you want to count my numerous ugly hair days - but my dear daughter fixed that today - so I'm all good to go!)

So lets start with the good news. There's so much I 'm not sure where to start.
  1. I'm starting a new job tomorrow. That's really exciting but a little nervous about it as well. I'm a business analyst by profession and this role will require me to be a project manager as well. So that's a little scary...but I'll get it eventually.

  2. I was selected by JuliaDesigns to create a couple of layouts with her beautiful kit, A Perfect Day. That was so much fun and exciting to have a chance to work with a different designers kit. All the wonderful designers out there have their own style so it's fun to see what I can do with them. I have my LOs posted below.

  3. Did you notice some changes to the blinkies I have displayed here on my blog? Pretty Scrappy has accepted me on their site CT team! I'm so excited to get started. They have a bunch of really wonderful designers there. I have a layout below that will give you a sampling of the wonderful kits available there.

  4. During May, Scrapable and My Life and Scrap were a part of Creative Team Appreciation week. A whole bunch of designers got together and created a super mega kit for their creative team members and then they had some really fun challenges. It was a blast and I have some layouts below that I created using the awesome kit they provided us. Thank you so much to all the designers and stores who participated! It always feels good to know that you are appreciated.

Wow, that was a lot of good news....but.....now here's the bad news. Due to Digital Candy closing their store, Calalily Designs has decided to take a break from designing. So I won't be able to feature anymore of her wonderful designs here. I also won't be creating for Been There Scrapped That any longer. So that's why I'm jumping for joy to have the chance to be on the CT for Pretty Scrappy. I know I'll be able to come up with some really great LO with the kits by all the wonderful designers there!

Okay...so enough chit chat...here's some inspiration from some of the wonderful kits I had the opportunity to work with during the month of May!

These first 6 I created from the awesome My CT Rocks kit that all the designers put together for Creative Team Appreciation Week. Thanks again ladies!

This LO below has to be one of my all time favorites that I've done so far!

And you know me.....gotta love the Ettes & Company! These first two are from the beautiful kit, Princess Collection!

Shiver me timbers.....got any pirates in your house? This LO was created using the Pirate Collection from Ettes & Company. It can be used for many different things but works really well if you have any Mateys you need to scrap about! ARRRRGGHHH!

This month at Scrapable, one of the designers I had the pleasure to work with was Tabby Scrap Designs. Her Child's Play kit is what I used to create this LO:

Just the Thing Collection was the kit from FlutterExpressions that I got to work with as well. It has paper, embellishments etc for both boy or girl pages. It's absolutely beautiful and you can pick it up at Scrapable as well.

My LO Little Princess was created using the absolutely stunning Tiffany Twisted kit by Designs by Laura and a great template, Simple Life by Kate Designs. Both of these items can be found at My Life and Scrap!

Here are the 2 LOs I was telling you about earlier. They were created using A Perfect Day kit by JuliaDesigns. You can find her beautiful products at http://www.sunflowerscraps.com/.

And last but not least......here is some inspiration from Pretty Scrappy. I used the Creations by Rachael B's kit, My Secret Garden to complete this LO! It's a fabulous kit! You can find it at http://www.prettyscrappy.com/

Guess that's all for now. Take care have wonderful beginning of summer and I'll be back soon to tell you about some more wonderful kits I be working with in the near future. And let me tell you....the Ettes & Company have a fantastic beach kit, Some Beach...Somewhere...coming out soon that you really need to check out! It's going to come with, I believe, 5 full alphas! Wow!!!

And Pretty Scrappy has this great mega collaboration kit, Fun in the Sun, coming out tomorrow! It's "Sun"tastic!

Thanks for looking!
